Recruitment, a profession in its own right!

You, as a recruiter of software professionals, possess a high dose of energy, communicative and commercial skills. As a recruiter you are the one who keeps the overview, builds up a large network, and remembers and registers all ins and outs of candidates. You are passionate about your work and you know how to convince and bind candidates to Enervalis, both by phone and face-to-face.

For our office in Houthalen, we are immediately looking for a recruiter IT profiles, more specifically software profiles. This is a part-time role, and we are also open to working with you on a freelance basis.


What you will do?

You will work in a young, motivated team. As a recruiter, you will have a broad function with the focus on recruiting new software developers and related software engineering roles (e.g. Product Owners).


How do you do this?

Social media, Linkedin, our recruitment system, or making phone calls. The choice is yours! Have you found the perfect candidate? It is up to you to be a good discussion partner and to connect. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

  • Refining the desired profile
  • Screening candidates and introducing the company and the role to them
  • Introducing candidates to the manager(s)
  • Networking
  • Administrative processing

  • A bachelor or master degree
  • Experience in recruiting software profiles
  • Sincere interest in people
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team spirit, you work closely with CTO and HR
  • Good command of English and ideally also Dutch
